Welcome to Breathe & Balance Yoga Holidays & RetreatsAt Breathe and Balance we have created Yoga retreats for you to take some time out to increase and strengthen your well being. Our retreats run most months over a weekend, with a few retreats running for 4-7 days throughout the year. The majority of our retreats are held in Victoria, less than 1.5 hours from Melbourne. Far enough from the city to escape the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be a convenient drive. Our longer retreats are held in Byron Bay, Italy and Bali, giving you the opportunity to take a longer break in these beautiful destinations; these retreats run from 5-7 days. Each retreat has its own unique program, depending on the group, the location, and the time of year. Your facilitators Tanya and Zoriaan have designed programs which incorporate Yoga, Breath-Work, Light Body Work, Meditation and diet. With the main aim being to cleanse, remove stressors, open up energy centres, and to create awareness and an increased sense of well being, lifting you to a higher state of living. The destinations chosen for our retreats offer a great escape not only for those who love Yoga, but also for partners, friends or the whole family. All our retreats offer additional activities to keep friends and family who are not practicing Yoga busy, ensuring that they have the most enjoyable holiday too. Baby sitting services are available at most places. And locations are chosen specifically for their beautiful surrounds and wonderful accommodation.
