Breathe and Balance have been offering wellbeing programs and services to individuals, groups and organisations since 2006.

Wellbeing describes our happiness, confidence, physical condition and general outlook on life.


Our Name

A name is important… The word ‘Breathe’ represents the breath of life and the use of breath during practices such as relaxation, concentration, mediation & yoga. To me achieving a sense of wellbeing is a lot about the breath and freeing energy in the way that we breathe.

The word ‘Balance’ can be looked at from a number of angles - from the very skill of physical balance to the balanced union of Mind, Body and Soul. It is an extremely strong word and can invoke a number of ideas, images, and sensations.

The two words together compliment each other and create a sense of harmony - the gentle and unassuming flow of air as we Breathe and the strength and structure of Balance in it’s many forms.

Our Mission Statement

To offer life changing and inspiring wellness programs that enhance wellbeing physically, emotionally, spiritually and psychologically. To provide time for you to draw your energy inwards, focus on yourself and nurture your mind, body and spirit to a higher state of living.

The emergence of Breathe and Balance came about through the desire to reach out to ‘every body’. Due to this desire we fail to acknowledge boundaries, divides or limits, helping us to fulfil our plan of extending our services and programs as far as they can possibly go, wherever they are needed.
